Ideally, this course is for women planning for pregnancy in the next 6+ months who are seeking a proactive, informed approach to fertility health. The more time you’re equipped with this knowledge, the more these practices and lifestyle changes can work for you.

If you are planning for pregnancy in less than 6 months, this course is still extremely valuable to your preconception journey and can be completed in as little as 30 days depending on your bandwidth and capacity for integration.

Though the majority of this research is well-suited for life-long health, it is not specifically-designed for already-pregnant women as the focus.
